I appreciate learning how and why to practice self care the most. This simple lesson was the most difficult for me. I express gratitude by keeping up with it every day. 21 days to a new habit, right?
- decaffeinating (down to one 3/4 caff cup)
- using old peoples’ toothpaste and mouth wash every night (restorative)
- wrinkle prevention skin care regime
- oatmeal for breakfast everyday
- beans everyday for lunch or dinner
- fruits and vegetables
- limit sugar (only when someone offers me something home made)
Still working on fitting in:
- flossing (ugh, so hard)
- more reading/less computer
- sleeping through the night
How’s that for a navel gazing, self-indulgent post?
